Kitchen

A stylish modern quaker style kitchen with stainless steel sink and Franke mixer tap.  The kitchen boasts a range of appliances, including a 19-bottle wine cooler.  The beautiful grey Howdens kitchen is offset with complementing composite pale grey marble effect worktop (22mm in depth) and stainless-steel T-bar cupboard handles.  The LED feature lighting to the plinths and under wall units adds a touch of understated elegance.

Bathrooms

The contemporary bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom feature elegant white tiles and walls with natural oak luxury vinyl flooring, affording a clean and open feel.  All taps and fittings are stainless steel and beautifully illuminated with flush LED spotlights.

The family bathroom has an over the bath shower with a glass screen, an electric towel rail, and heated mirror with shaver point.  The bathroom benefits from flush LED lighting and underfloor heating.  Thoughtful additional details such as a built-in shelf for toiletries and bespoke towel shelves, really gives the bathroom a luxurious feel.

The ensuite has a glass shower enclosure boasting a square rain style shower head.

Heating

Our homes are designed around energy efficiency without compromising on comfort.  All homes are heated throughout by the latest electric under-floor-heating systems on both floors, seamlessly controlled by the intelligent living system.

Fixture and fittings

Finished to an exceptionally high standard, everything has been thought about to ensure maximum comfort and safety. There are USBC and A ports throughout the house on the electric switches.  A preinstalled sky cable in the family room and digital satellite TV points in all bedrooms.  The master telephone socket is under the stairs with extensions in the kitchen and main bedroom.  Cat 5 cabling has been fitted in all bedrooms and the living room.  All the doors are fire grade FD30 throughout and smoke detectors are fitted as standard.

All rooms have been decorated in matt white, which has been spray applied throughout the property ensuring a superior finish.  All architraves, doors, skirting boards and banisters are painted in gloss white.   Giving you the flexibility to move in straight away or personalise the interior design to suit you.

Home Security

The intelligent living system comes with advanced security. The system has built-in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  The wireless systems can be accessed by an app on your smart phone, so you always know that your family are safe.

All doors and windows secured by design and the front door is fitted with a Ring doorbell.  The Ring doorbell features a wide-angle lens and a built-in microphone and speaker, so you can see, hear and speak to your visitors from anywhere.

External

The front garden is landscaped with a tarmac driveway and a block paved pathway. The rear garden is enclosed for privacy and fencing with 1800mm close board timber fencing and a landscaped lawn.

All the windows are UPVC with an anthracite grey wood-effect finish.  The drainage system and guttering are anthracite grey metal and all facia boards are UPVC in anthracite grey.  All homes are finished in a silicone gel render for maximum protection.  The roof is finished in a dark grey sustainable Brazilian slate.

The contemporary front door has four panes of glass and a straight aluminium bar handle. There is external security lighting at the front door and to the rear double French doors that lead to the back garden.

The garage has anthracite grey metal doors, with a personnel door to the rear with a connecting walkway and wooden security gates.

Energy System

Luna has 18, 320Watt solar PV panels fitted into the roof and a 6.5KWh battery.

The solar panels generate energy to power your home during the day, but if you don’t use it as it’s generated, then that clean solar energy is sent back to the grid.

By adding a smart battery to the solar panel system, self-generated solar energy can be stored and used to power your home both day and night.

Your home is fitted with an Easee electric vehicle charger and all our properties come with a 3 phase energy supply.

Warranty

All our homes are covered by a 10-year structural and defects warranty.

For the first 12 months we give you the full Nalu Homes – peace of mind warranty, meaning we take care of any issues with your home heating, roof or structure of the property and any other agreed areas such as water services.

All the kitchen appliances are covered by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty.
