We have both three and four-bedroom homes available, all offering large kitchen/dining areas and open plan living space with French doors leading to attractive and substantial gardens. All properties have been considerately designed and have ample allocated parking and/or a garage.
Our sustainable Scandinavian timber-framed homes are built using the latest eco-friendly technology. We use high-quality, closed-panel systems, which provide exceptional energy efficiency and keep heating bills to a minimum. All homes are heated throughout by electric underfloor heating and benefit from solar panels and an energy storage battery. Smart home controls manage heating, lighting, security and entertainment systems. The homes have been independently certified as net-zero carbon, meaning they produce more energy than they require to heat and light!

South Molton benefits from a number of local schools providing schooling for all ages. There is lots to see and do for all the family, Quince Honey Farm in South Molton offers an extensive soft play area, 60,000 bees and delicious honey. The Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur park is close by, boasting beautiful gardens with theme park train ride, fossil museum and life-size animatronic dinosaurs.
Exmoor National Park is a short distance away, providing superb riding, walking and other recreational facilities. The North Devon coast with its excellent sandy beaches at Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe and delightful cliff walks are also within driving distance. There are several National Trust houses on the doorstep or you could visit the beautiful gardens of RHS Rosemoor, the original home of Lady Anne Berry.
South Molton provides good local facilities including a supermarket, bank, post office, health centre, dentists, hospital, library and the famous Pannier Market held on Thursdays and Saturdays, together with regular livestock markets.
